We collect names and details of animals you own or are in your care and records of veterinary treatment, details of other service providers and referring vets that you interact with, insurance details and financial information. If you fail to provide this personal data we may not be able to fully provide our services to you. Personal data we automatically collect about you

 When you use our website we automatically collect technical information including the internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet, your browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and geographical location. When you visit our website we also collect information including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL), clickstream to, through and from our website, products and services you viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (scrolling, clicks and mouse-overs) and methods used to browse away from the page.

This may include information we receive from referring vets or other service providers such as your name and address, e-mail and phone numbers, financial information, names and details of animals in your care, and insurance details.

We will only use your personal data on relevant lawful grounds as permitted by the GDPR which came into effect on 25^thMay 2018. It is necessary for us to process your personal data in order to provide veterinary services and to provide information on products and services that you request or about other goods and services that are similar to others that you have already purchased. We need your information to send statements, invoices and payment reminders. We may need to notify you about changes to our policies, services or terms and conditions. We may send you invitations to events and courses and keep you informed of practice news and changes.

Technical data we collect when you use our website may be used to improve and administer our website, including troubleshooting, data analysis, statistical and research purposes, as part of our efforts to keep our website safe and secure and to make suggestions and recommendations to you about goods and services that may be of interest.
